What is a “Happiness Architect”?
As a Happiness Architect, I work with you to work on self sabatoging thoughts and self talk. We work together to acknowledge the achievements you have made and to celebrate them. We will focus on creating a life of optimism while establishing new habits to move through the more challenging days and events that are a part of life.
What is “Life Coaching”
Life Coaching services are to help you create new life habits with time management, goal setting. I can help you find areas of life that are eating up your time, optimize every day tasks, and creating ways for you to get the most out of your energy on a day to day basis.
Life Coach Services
As a Certified Life Coach, I offer the following support services:

For me, life coaching takes who you are and where you’re at RIGHT NOW and grows you from here. It takes the good stuff that you already have and helps you to see how wonderful you really are and that those molds you try to force yourself into aren’t meant for you.

I offer a few different life coaching options but they all start with this “Hello Beautiful” session.
This session is a way for us to get to know each other, what you are looking for, and if we are a good fit. At the end of the session, if all goes well, we can set up your regular sessions.
The first session is $40 for 30 minutes.
At the end of our first session, we will talk about what plan works best for you and your budget and I will create a custom link to schedule your
one-on-one coaching sessions.
- Individual 30 minute Sessions - $40
- 1 month (4 - 30 minute sessions) - $150
- 2 months (8 - 30 minute sessions) - $300
- 3 months (12 - 30 minute sessions) - $450
You can schedule them at regular intervals or bank them and use them as needed.
Coaching is done via Google Meet which is a free app that you can use on your phone/tablet or computer. There will be a link in your confirmation email that you will click on at the time of our call.

I’m Lara Noelle
In 2007, I got my Bachelor’s Degree in Management and Organizational Development. My goal was to work with companies to help optimize their staff and new employees so that their talents and strengths were utilized to the benefit of the employee and the company. Well, the economy took a turn and that goal took a backseat.
A couple of years later, I became a Certified Life Coach. I love the idea of growing a strength that someone already has and finding tools and “workarounds” for those things that don’t come as naturally but are sometimes necessary.
When I am not coaching or consulting, you can find me with a crochet hook in my hand and something sci fi playing in the background. We all need to find the thing that helps us relax and makes us happy. This is my happy place.
